Steve Lukather en Jeff Porcaro van Toto, op herhaling. "Randy Crawford's fifth and sixth albums - "Secret Combination" (1981) and "Windsong" (1982) - are combined on this 2013 release from Edsel. The two CDs are combined with a substantive booklet featuring loads of recording information and notes -- ideal for listeners who don't want to settle for digital downloads. On these albums, she continued smartly blending jazzy pop, slick ballads, and earnest, anguished numbers. Among the singles that charted between these two albums are "When I Lose My Way," "Secret Combination," and "Nightline" (while "Rainy Night in Georgia" peaked within the Top 20 in the U.K.). There is a bonus track on each disc: a live version of "Street Life" (her hit single as a guest singer with The Crusaders) and an Al Jarreau duet, "Your Precious Love"." (Allmusic)
